Northern Ontario needs more veterinarians. Here’s what a proposed Lakehead University program could do to help

The University of Guelph and Lakehead University made a joint-proposal to bring a new veterinary program to Thunder Bay in January. Nearly a year later, the president of the Northwestern Ontario Municipal Association says the program is urgently needed.
