Four 23-storey residential towers have been proposed at 10-21 Four Seasons Place, northeast of the Burnhamthorpe Road and Highway 427 interchange in Etobicoke’s Eatonville area. Designed by Arcadis for Fana Group, the towers would replace four office buildings.
The hike would also include a tax increase of 5.4% on residential properties, which would cost $210 more annually for an average home with an assessed value of $692,031
