City, Developer Settle on Single Tower to Replace Downtown Novotel
A settlement between the City and Republic Developments for the replacement of the Downtown Toronto Novotel has resulted in a compromise; instead of two towers with a short distance between them, a single tower with larger than normal floor-plates has been approved the site.
